New apprentices join the team ahead of the apprenticeship season

We are pleased to welcome our newest apprentices to the team, with our new starters now onboarded and ready for the apprenticeship season to begin. This is a proud moment for us.

As a family founded, independent company, we understand the value of learning from experienced people. Our team has been built on over 40 years of experience across electrical, fire safety and renewable services, and we believe that knowledge should be passed on properly.

Bringing new people into the trade

Good engineers are built through time, effort and real site experience. Our apprentices will be working alongside our experienced team, learning how electrical, fire safety and renewable systems are installed, serviced and maintained across commercial and domestic sites.

They will see the work as it really is. That includes planned maintenance, emergency call-outs, full installations and specialist project work. It also means learning how to communicate clearly, work safely and take responsibility for the job in front of them.

We want our apprentices to understand how we work from day one. For us, integrity, honesty and transparency are not just words on a page. They guide how we speak to clients, how we support each other and how we hold ourselves accountable on every job.

That is the standard we want our apprentices to grow into. They will be supported by engineers who know the industry, understand site pressures and take pride in getting the work done properly.
