3nvision was awarded a four-year ongoing contract to deliver electrical and mechanical works as part of the Wandsworth SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) programme, covering approximately 1,200 occupied homes across the London Borough of Wandsworth.

The scope of works includes the installation of mechanical extraction systems, internal lighting upgrades, testing, commissioning and the modification of existing electrical installations to support new energy-efficient measures. The contract value for the first year alone is approximately £500,000.

Working within occupied residential properties presents a unique set of challenges. No access to properties, tenant availability, changing programmes and managing large material requirements all require careful planning and constant communication. The programme also demands significant labour resources to ensure delivery targets are achieved while maintaining quality and compliance.

To overcome these challenges, 3nvision works closely with the client, site teams and tenant liaison officers to maintain flexibility, quickly adapt to programme changes and ensure labour and materials are available when required. Our focus is on maintaining productivity whilst minimising disruption to residents.

Throughout the project, 3nvision has developed a strong working relationship with the client through proactive communication, transparency and problem-solving. Our directors, Louis and Holby Dunn, remain actively involved in the project, supporting both contractual matters and site operations to ensure challenges are resolved quickly and positively.

This project demonstrates 3nvision’s ability to successfully deliver large-scale planned maintenance programmes within live occupied environments, where logistics, communication and consistent delivery are just as important as technical expertise.
